1. Introduction
By joining ALPHA – Automotive Leaders & Professionals Hub Association (“ALPHA”),
members agree to comply fully with these Terms of Membership and Code of Conduct.
Acceptance of membership constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood, and
agreed to be bound by these terms.
ALPHA reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is the member’s
responsibility to review the latest version regularly.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to managers and professionals within the automotive industry and
related sectors, subject to approval by ALPHA.
ALPHA reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any application at its sole discretion
- Request supporting documentation to validate eligibility
- Revoke membership if eligibility criteria are no longer met
Membership is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared.
3. Membership Structure
Membership may include:
- Individual Members
- Partner/Family Members (where applicable)
- Corporate Members
- Temporary or Guest Access (by invitation only)
The primary member is responsible for all individuals linked to their membership.
4. Member Responsibilities
Each member agrees to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information
- Ensure all membership fees are paid in full and on time
- Use membership benefits appropriately and in accordance with these terms
- Safeguard their digital and/or physical membership credentials
Members are fully responsible for any activity conducted under their membership.
5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the values of ALPHA at all times.
All members must:
- Conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner
- Treat fellow members, partners, and staff with courtesy
- Refrain from behaviour that could damage the reputation of ALPHA or its partners
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws, including cybercrime and defamation regulations
The following may result in disciplinary action:
- Misuse of membership benefits
- Misrepresentation of identity or status
- Harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour
- Sharing or transferring membership access
ALPHA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where misconduct is
identified.
6. Partner Venues & Benefits
Access to partner venues, events, and benefits is subject to:
- Availability
- Partner-specific policies and capacity
- Verification of valid membership
Admission and or benefits are not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the partner
venue.
Members must not:
- Attempt to negotiate entry directly with venue staff
- Misuse or misrepresent their membership privileges
Any concerns must be raised directly with ALPHA, not with partner staff.
7. Events & Experiences
ALPHA events are:
- Exclusive to registered members unless stated otherwise
- Subject to capacity and prior registration
Guests may only attend where explicitly permitted.
Members are responsible for:
- Their own conduct
- The conduct of any approved guests
8. Payments & Fees
Membership fees will be:
- Annual (paid upfront)
Payments must be made using a valid payment method in the member’s name.
Failed payments may result in suspension of membership access. Continued non-payment
may result in cancellation.
ALPHA reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly memberships may be cancelled with effect from the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused benefits
10. Suspension & Termination
ALPHA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where terms are breached,
fees remain unpaid, or behaviour is deemed inappropriate or damaging.
Termination may be immediate and without refund in cases of serious misconduct.
11. Liability & Disclaimer
ALPHA acts as a platform connecting members with partners, benefits, and experiences.
ALPHA is not liable for:
- Any loss, injury, or damage incurred at partner venues
- Failure of partners to deliver services or benefits
- Disputes between members and third-party providers
All services are provided directly by partners under their own terms.
12. Data Protection & Communications
By joining ALPHA, members agree to receive membership updates, event invitations, and
relevant partner offers.
ALPHA will handle personal data in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
Members may opt out of marketing communications where applicable.
13. Membership Changes
Members must notify ALPHA of changes in employment, contact details, or circumstances
affecting eligibility.
Failure to update information may impact membership validity.
14. Intellectual Property
All ALPHA branding, materials, and content remain the property of ALPHA.
Members may not use ALPHA branding without permission or represent themselves as
acting on behalf of ALPHA without authorisation.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
